    As a new Scene Partner app user I’d just like to say that I’m impressed not only with its functionality but more importantly with the quality of the customer support provided. I had some difficulties using the software and after only one request for help I was back up and running again and back to memorizing my lines. I highly recommend this app for theatre amateurs and professionals alike.

    Does anyone know if Scene Partner has acces to The Glass menagerie or a group that will allow me to rent it?

      Hi Kymm, thanks for the question!

      The Glass Menagerie is a Dramatists Play Service script but they have not digitized the play yet. We will offer it as soon as DPS makes it available.

    When can we expect an update to correct the problems with Apple IOS?

    Hi Thom, thanks for the question. We submitted an update to Apple on September 1 that fixes the problem. Unfortunately we received notification a week later that they rejected our initial build. They require that we add some additional programming logic in order to comply with their current guidelines. We are working on this but unfortunately it will delay the update further.

    We apologize for the delay and are working to get a new version out as soon as possible.

    This may be what Thom was referring to above, but I’ve just returned to using the app after a long time away, and while I seem to have been successful in uploading a new script, the app crashes every time I try to choose it in My Library.

    I’m currently on an Apple 5S – IOS 9.2

    Hi Paul, sorry to hear that you are having issues with Scene Partner crashing. Are you running the current version of Scene Partner, version 2.5? We updated it since the post above. You can find the version number on the “about” screen. Thanks.
